Terms and Conditions of Purchase
This Additional Agreement is in addition to the Original Fokas Beyond Product Terms and Conditions that You have Agreed to when You enrolled into our course.
This Additional Agreement is;

When You enter into this Additional Agreement and Service, You are entering into a legally binding contract with us.
This Additional Agreement sets out the additional Terms and Conditions to the new services set by Us and the responsibilities You have as a Member. These responsibilities, including payment of Membership Fees, do not depend on how often You receive our services.
Investment Risk: Trading in financial products involves significant risk. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to trade in financial products. Trading on margin produces additional risk and we do not recommend that You use margin. You should never trade using money You cannot afford to lose and we strongly urge clients to not use this facility in their investing. When You enter a position, whether Your own or from your analysis of the stock choice sent, this position/s may go down in value and stay down, You understand this risk and You make the decision to invest at Your own risk.
No Personal Investment Advice: We do not provide personal advice. The information contained on the App is general information only and is given without taking account of any person’s objectives, financial situation or needs. The App is not designed for, nor should it be understood by You as being for, the purpose of providing personal, financial or investment advice.
For advice which does take into account personal objectives, financial situation or needs, you should see an Australian Financial Services licensee licensed to give such advice.
Before acting on any information and services provided to You on the App, You should consider whether the information is appropriate to You, having regard to your objectives, financial situation and needs.
Our services will be to provide to You with an out of the box Covered Call stock choice when found, that is outside the original Fokas Beyond Covered Call Education which You believe can be analysed, reviewed and invested in after You take into consideration the investment needed. You need to make the decision to invest in the Rebel Covered Call stock choice.
There is no minimum or maximum number of Rebel Covered Call stock choices that will be provided to You. It is up to the discretion of Fokas Beyond how many we find and provide throughout the month.
Fokas Beyond will provide this to You via the Fokas Beyond Application (App) only.
You must ensure Your phone is up to date, has the latest phone software and can run the Fokas Beyond App. It is Your responsibility to check for latest updates to the App on Your phone/device.
The coaches will assist You as a Rebel Covered Call member as they would normally as a Fokas Beyond Covered Call member only while you have this access in your membership subscription.
You must be in the Fokas Beyond Covered Call community with coaching access to be able to speak to the coaches and George Fokas.
Should your normal Covered Call membership expire during the Rebel Covered Call period and you do not renew, you will still receive the notifications for this service on the app until you cancel this service. All other services will be terminated. You will not have access to any coaches and/or George Fokas.
This additional service will be provided to You with an additional subscription membership charged quarterly and ongoing unless You or We cancel this agreement.
Minimum Term of this Agreement is 3 months.
You will be charged in blocks of three (3) month intervals from enrolment.
There is no refund to this service whatsoever.
Payment will be made in advance and an Ongoing Agreement continues after the Minimum Term until it is terminated by You or Us. If You choose to terminate this Agreement, You must do so in writing to the Fokas Beyond office via email, info@fokasbeyond.com and You must cancel Thirty (30) days before renewal.
If You cancel less than thirty (30) days before renewal, it is at our discretion whether to accept Your Termination email or not and charge You for another three (3) months on renewal.
You membership to Fokas Beyond will be immediately terminated with No Refund if you distribute, share, pass over and/or give our Rebel Covered Call stock choice to anyone.
You may be charged an introductory fee when starting this agreement for the first three (3) months. This fee may increase after the minimum term expires and throughout this agreement. If this does, we will do our best to notify You of the new fee in whichever way we see best. If we do not hear from You, we will accept it as You have agreed, and the membership will continue with the new fee structure. If Your fees are varied, You authorise any debits from Your nominated account to also be varied.
Direct Debit Information: An automatic direct debit arrangement will be in place, Your Membership Fees will continue to be debited from Your nominated account until You or We cancel the arrangement. If You end this Agreement or stop the automatic debit arrangement in a way not described in this Agreement, You may be liable for unpaid Fees or damages for breach of contract.
Not Enough Money in Account When Fees Are Due: Your bank or credit provider may charge You a fee for overdrawing Your account. Our third-party Biller also charges a Biller’s Administration Fee if this happens, this fee will be passed onto You. You must ensure there is enough money in Your nominated account on the usual payment, or the net working day if that falls on a day when banks do not process payments. If there is not enough money in Your nominated account on the usual payment day, or there is another reason that Your account was unable to be debited (except one within the Biller’s control), You will be charged the Biller’s Administration Fee. This will be added to Your next debit amount. Prior arrears may also be included and if You cancel within this time, You authorise us to charge these additional fees.
I have read through this Agreement in full and understand my obligations under it. I acknowledge under the Act Fair Trading Code of Practice 2009 for a Periodic Billing Agreement.
You membership to Fokas Beyond will be immediately terminated with No Refund for breaching any of our Terms and Conditions.
By completing your details online and requesting this service from Fokas Beyond, You agree to be bound by the provisions of this Additional Agreement in addition to the original Fokas Beyond Product Terms and Conditions.
